We are very lucky at Castlefield with our amazing team, many of our team members have been with us from our very early days and our riders have developed with us through the ranks, from their pony days through to five star level.

"We are very lucky to have had a few ‘once in a lifetime horses’ in the last 10 years winning an Individual gold @ Europeans championships 2023,Team gold European championships 2023 ,World championships final 7 years Lanaken 2019 , Pony jumping final Mechelen 2017 amongst many other nations cups and achievements . I can safely say none of these achievements would have been possible without the support of Ger -his the man you need in your corner for Championships to bring back medals but actually his greatest gift to us is his the man you need in your corner when things do not go to plan.
His positive mental attitude to instruct how to pick yourself up, make focused orientated goals with the know- how to back them up so you can achieve @ a World Class Level is his unique talent."

"I’ve been fortunate enough to have been based with Ger since the start of 2024. Ger has supported all aspects of my career, advising me through the commercial side of my business with his experience and knowledge and also providing both his and his team’s time to train me to the best level. Ger helped me adopt his system into the way i ride and my improvement over the last 6 months has succeeded my expectations due to ger’s attention to detail and discipline. We have achieved a lot so far so i’m excited to see what we can do together in the future.
I’ve followed Jason’s career for the best part of 6 years, training together and giving him horses to support his journey to the top of the sport. Jason is a true horse man through his riding and work on the ground. His approach and commitment to the support is inspiring to myself and others"
